STEM (\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.agasol.gal\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>AGASOL<\/strong><\/a> (Asociaci\u00f3n de Empresas Galegas de Software Libre) and Xunta de Galicia throug <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/amtega.xunta.gal\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">AMTEGA<\/a><\/strong> (Axencia para a Modernizaci\u00f3n Tecnol\u00f3xica), want to reduce the gender gap between women and men in the STEM fields&#8217; studies (<\/span><span title=\"Ciencia, Tecnolog\u00eda, Ingenier\u00eda y Matem\u00e1ticas), en las que el alumnado femenino apenas se sit\u00faa en torno al 30%.\">Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics), in which female students are only around 30%. <\/span><span title=\"Para esto, ponen en marcha el programa \u201cGIRL STEM: derribando estereotipos\u201d, que se desenvolver\u00e1 en siete grandes ciudades gallegas durante os meses de septiembre y octubre.\">For this, they set in motion the program \u00ab<em>Girl STEM:<\/em> <em>derrubando estereotipos<\/em>\u00ab, which will be developed in seven large Galician cities during the months of September and October. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span id=\"result_box\" class=\"\" lang=\"en\"><span title=\"Se trata de un programa de mentoring con mujeres referentes de reconocido prestigio que, a trav\u00e9s de diferentes sesiones de trabajo, har\u00e1n llegar su experiencia a las m\u00e1s j\u00f3venes, hablando de su trayectoria, clarificando dudas y constribuyendo a derribar estereotipos. \">It is a mentoring program with women of renowned prestige who, through different work sessions, will pass on their experience to the youngest, talking about their career, clarifying doubts and contributing to demolish stereotypes.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span id=\"result_box\" class=\"\" lang=\"en\"><span title=\"Desde el 21 de septiembre al 19 de octubre habr\u00e1 diversos encuentros entre chicas de la Educaci\u00f3n Secundaria Obligatoria (ESO) y Bachillerato y mujeres tecnol\u00f3gicas referentes en sus sectores.\">From September 21 to October 19, there will be several meetings between girls from Compulsory Secondary Education (ESO) and Baccalaureate and technological women referents in their sectors.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span id=\"result_box\" class=\"\" lang=\"en\"> <span title=\"El objetivo del programa consiste en orientar y empoderar a las chicas con charlas inspiradoras de estas directivas e investigadoras que les hablar\u00e1n de su trabajo, para animar a las m\u00e1s j\u00f3venes a escoger, si lo desean, titulaciones STEM.\">The objective of the program is to guide and empower the girls with inspiring talks from these directives and researchers who will tell them about their work, to encourage the youngest to choose, if they
